I bought a air cooler (Symphony Ninja) from "Impact enterprises" located in Aditya mall in Indirapuram. When it was delivered to me, the warranty card was forgotten by the delivery person. He committed to deliver me the warranty card by next day evening and did not receive any further information.

I called up the enterprise who sold me the cooler and they told me that they will courier it to my address. When I did not receive any courier for 4 days, I called them up again to ask for the status. They informed me that, they have already couriered it and they can not help me. I asked for the courier reference number to contact the courier services but they said, they don't have any reference number. They will recourier it to me again. Well, I waited for 2 days and I did not receive any courier. When I called up to get the status, they asked me to come and collect it from the store myself and they are not responsible for delivering the warranty card!! When I asked the store keeper "How can you say that, it is not responsibility" He said "If you want, come and collect it from store. I can not help you anymore and hung up". I have not received the warranty card yet. Its been 10 days since I bought the cooler. This is so frustrating..
