Whirlpool washing machine -ABM 50
NOT yet delivered

I have purchsed a wirlpool washing machine on 12.12.09 wide bill no 51628 at sales India, maninagar Branch.

the machine which was try to delivery is not upto the level, ie quite old and demaged condition and same was not accepted by me. while appoching the sales india, unable to give a commitment date of delivery,

and no responsible answer.

Pl help me, how to overcome from the issue and get the new piece from the center. also help me how to book a compliant to whirlpool company regarding this issue.
