Sub.:- Complaint regarding the Contract/ AMC

Respected Sir / Madam,

It is stated that an agreement / contract was executed for your company product “Water Purifier & optional attachments ”on 04-11 for annual maintenance for three years, but during this period as per contract, it was clearly mentioned that atleast two services would be given in a year, but till today only one service had been given. For this I continuously making the telephone calls for the service, but there was no effect.

Today one person, who claimed to be an executive from eureka forbes asking for the service of (Acquaguard) Water Purifier, came to our residence. Since he had not our record which is used to be bring from the eurekaforbes company in the past for our services. HE asked to see our record for rendering the service. On my asking from him about it, he replied that the record executed and available in the company, which is misplaced somewhere. He also asked me that in case I would have not shown the agreement to him, he would not rendered the services. In view of above, doubt created in my mind about his genuiness or fraudy.

To confirm, the above fact, I made a telephone call in Eurekaforbes office at office’s tel.no. 011-25282770 and discussed the matter with Mrs. Batra. She informed me that we had executed an agreement/contract and our service is due, but her behaviour was quiet unsatisfactory & undesirable. She asked me that our work would be completed by tomorrow that is by 19-06, When I asked about the date of my last service, she informed me that, this is a company policy and she cannot tell me about it. She also said me with anger, that in future, I should not get the AMC/ contract from the company. She also objected that I should not make the call to her.

Keeping in view of above, this is very bad from the part of your worker. I hereby give you the NOTICE that our contract / agreement may be discontinued and the money given to you may be refunded alongwith the market interest @2% per month.
