Very poor and insulting services

Sir,

I am a consumer of INDIAN Gas since 9 years. I have a gas connection for residential purpose & the details are as follows.

My Address: - S-13, YASHWANT APARTMENT, BORKUTE LAYOUT, NARENDRA NAGAR, NAGPUR- 440015.

My Consumer No.: - 11630

Distributer Name: - M/s OM DOMASTIC GAS & APPLIANCE,

Distributor Address: - 67, SAKET Nagar, RING ROAD, NAGPUR-440015

Distributor Telephone No.:- (0712) 3260100 / 2782555

I get this connection from HP but due to some policy matter without any information HP transfers this connection to INDIAN.

This current distributor never pickup phone. When we personally visit their they are not attend properly not even book proper number.

At the end when number is booked they never delivered Rifil GAS Cy lender after continuous followup of one month they delivered with extra charged.

Mostly consumers fade up by all this things.

May I request you to kindly help me in getting a refilled bottle at the earliest with proper system?
