We had booked the order for a blackberry phone at the india plaza site. the order no is IN2503100122. They debited the amount of Rs 20879 immediately from my account on 25th March and now they say that the order has been cancelled but the money has still not been refunded back to my account. This site seems like a fraud and I think I have been cheated. I would like to take legal action so please advise me on this.
