This is to inform that I had purchased Black Berry 8830 With GPS through your site (order number 112973805) on May, 01 2011. On receiving the mobile it turned out that IT'S BATTERY IS FAULTY . It is is taking too much time for charging and gets discharged within FEW HOURS. Subsequently you were requested to replace the same (Complaint no. 178918 Dt.20.06.2011). Now one week has passed and no action has been taken by you for replacement of Faulty Battery, despite Umpteen Telephonic reminders.
You are once again requested to expedite needful
