I can’t express how disappointed I feel in this business transaction with Indiatimes.

Except such mails, there was no effort from their end to expedite a replacement. Consequently I had to take this handset to mumbai and get a replacement from their vendor after visiting his shop.

and to make matters worse, even the replaced handset has developed a problem leaving me without a mobile /and blackberry service centres in delhi have refused to touch this set claiming it is not sold thru their network.

let me know if indiatimes can help this time or shd put this experience over all customer feedback blogs/sites.

Product purchased Blackberry Storm 9500

This product was delivered after 2 weeks of my order after persistent calls and reminders.

From the first day the microphone of the handset does not work. Have not been able to check what else is wrong.

Blackberry service centres refuse to touch this product insisting this model was not under their purview in India.

The complaint has been lodged with Indiatimes, but the person was non committal on when this will be replaced.

All in all, an extremely poor experience of shopping from indiatimes.

Could someone responsible revert to me to confirm when I can get a replacement please.
