Value of product :- Rs. 5690

As per advertized in Mumbai mirror paper in 20 april this HTC ozone is 3G enabled to confirm that phone is supporting GSM 3G services I called indiatimes customer care they also confirmed same, hence I purchased this mobile. took Vodafone 3G connection and it was not working, to verify I went vodafone gallery they told me that this phone is not 3G enable.

I again complaint in indiatimes shopping and i talk with Amit Kumar (Sr. Executive) and they refuse to take this product back. and when i told that i will complaint this matter in court he told me that do whatever you want to do i can’t help.

So i need this indiatimes shopping close permanently otherwise they will do with other customer also.
