Dear Sir,
I purchased 3 products from (shopping.indiatimes.com) on 20th Sept. The product details are mentioned below:
1. Compact Vegetable & Dry Fruit Slicer.(Rs. 148/-)
2. Lock & Lock E-Z Lock Set. (Rs.729/-)
3. Kadai Pan. (Rs.399/-)
Out of 3 above mentioned products two product are received at my home premises. But the Lock & Lock Set is not received till date. Every time when I call on indiatimes shopping helpline (09989468888).
1.First Time i call on the helpline the agent logged a compliant with number 372843. But i did not get the result and don't even a single call is received from indiatimes shopping for the same.
2. Second time i call on the helpline agent gives me the details of the Order number that your is shipped through Aramex courier with Tracking number (6395773996) and is received on your premises at Saturday (8-Oct). which is not received.
3. Third time i call again at the helpline on Sunday (9-Oct) i.e. Today the executive is saying that your order is delivered at your premises on 3-Oct and after that when i irate on the call fro the same that how come my product is delivered even i didn't received the same the agent disconnected the call.
Please help me to get my product delivered.
