The Blackberry 9650 was purchased through India Times Shopping dated 12th December. Payment terms was Credit card 6 month installment.
The confirmation of the product was rcvd dated 14th December from there customer service team... it was promised that the product will be delivered within 7 working days and still i have not rcvd the product from there end..below is the email for your reference.

I need to get the product ASAP and also the penalty for the delay. And also a very strict action needs to be taken for the false promised made again and again.
