Sir,

I am a customer of reliance mobile, I also had a connection in the name of my wife, The compny is deducting amount from my balance for services such as Voice Chat, ALT voice Chat without my request, From May 1st to 10th May, company has deducted Rs. 89 from my balance, when i made complain at customer care centre, they are saying that the service is activated through Interacitive voice response process, but i does not know, what is this process, when i asked about the proof of the same they are saying that this facility is not available with us. The company deducted Rs. 30/- on 4th May Rs. 30/- on 8th May. and there is another message on 10th may that caller tune is subscribed by you, we had not subscribed for all these services, So the reliance is cheating common man. Please suggest what to do.
