Yesterday (9th May), we purchased a Panasonic LCD TV (32X9) Chasis No. 015015258 from Vijay Sales, Infiniti Mall, Andheri West, Mumbai (invoice No.81 SWR05 10SIAOT 1521). Today (10th May) on the next day, TV is not even starting.
I am unable to contact the Panasonic Helpline. I am also unable contact Panasonic service centre nearest to my residence (as per the list provided by Panasonic alongwith TV) which is Neutron Service Center Pvt Ltd at Lokhandwala Complex, Mumbai. The phone numbers (2635 1136 and others) are non-existing numbers. Panasonic helpline numbers 044 22352501 and 1860 4251860 only rings.
Even the phone number of Vijay Sales, Infiniti Mall, Andheri West (022 6714 4444) and Customer care (022 6622 7722) only rings for the past 2 hours.
Somehow I managed to reach one number of Panasonic 022 23521760 at 19.40 hr and spoke to Ms Neha. I was told someone will come. I am still waiting. No one turned up till the time lodged this complaint at 21.00 hr..
I just can’t believe Panasonic joining hand with Vijay Sales is cheating customers like this.
