Voltas vertis elite
Not ggtting propercooling & replacement of part

Since i bought voltas- tatas's vertis elite window a/c i doesn't get proper cooling. i made three complaints since last 7 to 8 months. after 1st servicing i found my a/c's front grill broken and made complaint of it but till doesn't get replacement and after three servicing by the company technician still not getting proper cooling. please do the needful.
