On the March 1st 2:45 PM I had recieved the call from Bag it today group that My mobile no had shortlisted and Group is ready to give offer that, If I puchase Blackberry storm 9520 mobile, then I will get free diamonds worth rupees 50000/-, only I have to pay Rs.23999/-, while market cost of Blackberry 9520 mobile is around Rs 31250/-.
At March 1, at 4:09 PM, i have recieved mail in writting from Bag it today for the same offer. After so many calls (total 5 Calls) recieved from Bag it today, finally I have placed a order to Bag it today and paid Rs.23999/- for Blackberry storm 9520 mobile.
Now, when I get this consignment, mobile was found Blackberry Sorm 9530 inplace of 9520 mobile, which is approx Rs 10, 000.00 cheaper than offered mobile. And most important is that mobile is not original blackberry. Actual mobile was faulty (A 2mm play is there on the touch screen) and mobile in not getting on. Charger is faulty.
When I intimate to Bag it today about the same, they gave excause that 9520 mobile was not in stock.
Diamonds are also not original and are useless.
Now, I request you to interfare into the matter as they people had cheated me.
I have placed the order on the faith of INDIA TODAY Group, but they can cheat people like this, then every internet shopping mall can cheat to people.
Please note that I am an engineer bby profession and earns only Rs. 25000/- in a month. I am very much in trouble by this order, kindly help me out.
