Non-Delivery of Order
Dear Sir,
I have placed an order, for Videocon Mobile Phone-Model V1805 (along with some free items) after seeing the Advertisement in the Times of India's Reader's offer. The item is not delivered till today, even after registering a complaint (ID-51043, Dtd 22-12) with them and following up so many times, through phone and by e-mail.
My Oder No. 30000017013, Dated 11-12, with full payment.
Today is 8th of Jan, and it is a month's time now. Yet there is no response from their staff, not even a status report or feed back, though I have followed up a number of times.
I request you to kindly arrange for the delivery of the product or the refund of my money.
