Unsubscribe wap hvideo pack
My name is Mukesh Srivastava, i am a BSNL prepaid customer (9412427574) since 6 years. somehow H VIDEO PACK is activated from my mobile and monthly Rs 30 are charged for the reneval of same regularly from 6 months. I had tried to unsubcribe this service from my mobile but it didnt work. so i request you sir to un subscribe this service as soon as possible otherwise I will discontinue my BSNL no.
I hope you will take the proper action in this case as soon as possible.
