Disconnection

They fail to send bills and threaten to disconnect phone. bill due on 17/4, not sent. they call up on 21st and send bill and assure to collect cheque from home, but no one turns up to collect cheque or call back. now they threaten disconnection. it was made very clear by me that unless i produce hard copy of bill i will not be able to get payment from office. mobile no. 9233316789 also a landline. name aloke chatterjee.
