Sir, I had purchased a Prestige induction top from National Radio Electronics, Payyanur, Kannur district, Kerala and the product got following defectes with in the warranty period. (a) Shock on body (b) Switches not working properly (3) Crack on body. I had deposited the item in the shop from where I purchased it they have given two weeks time to collect it back. But I got the item only after one month with out rectifying the crack on body complaint and that too with repeated complaints on telephone. On 10 Oct 11 your customer care executive has given a call on my mobile and told that he will rectify the crack on body complaint on the same day. So I deposited the item in the shop. But unfortunately till today (23 Oct 11) the item is not yet rectified.

We dont have a gas connection and entire cooking is based on electricity. The distance from my house to the shop is 23 kms. The harrasement I am facing is not excusable. Your kind intervention is requested to rectify the item as early as possible.
