Delay in refill delivery

I have registered with SHIVSHANKAR GAS AGENCY, PORUR, Chennai-600116.

My consumer no 26922 . I bkd for my refill on 5th of April . by SMS and Email to my agency. I got a reply that i will be getting my refill by 4 days on 6th of April. But i have not received the same and we are not able to get their numbers also. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
