Poor service and charges

I am using Zerob RO water purifier for 2-3 year.

it was under warranty till last year and was working fine. It started giving some problem this year may onwards. i asked their service engineer (may be Sashi) to visit. he visited and gave me a high estimate to change almost everything like 4 filters and the sensor costing rs. 5000.00 . when i asked him as why it so high and i need to change everything, he was quite arrogant.

when i was spoke to the incharge Damodaran (incharge of the area), he too spoke to me very arrogantly and i found the differences in the amout quoted for the filters by engineer and damodaran.

when i asked him as why i need to change everything, he started giving me techincal routine answers, when i asked him about the details of these technical things and to service the sensor (and not to replace), he refused and forced me to pay rs. 5000.00, which i had to pay.

i asked him as why it was not regulary serviced during the AMC period, so that this damage would not have occred but he refused and keep on arguing and shouting and later dis-connected the call.

Damodaran was very rude in his behaviour, i don't know the company has hored such a person. may be the company management itself is like this only.

they may be have thousand of customers in bangalore and many more but the service and behavour is very bad, they are cheating theior customers by provoding fake estimates.

Please help me in this matter.
