Hi, I had purchased iphone mobile dual sim (160765775908) for Rs 1800/- through EBAY website on 22/03. After I received the product, I found that mobile phone performance was not good and arranged for refund. Seller, KULWANT SINGH MASITAN ROAD KOT ISE KHAN MOGA PIN CODE 14 9855719261 agreed for refund and asked me to return the item. I arranged for return through First Flight Couriers on 29th March (C.No: F16710023). When I contacted the seller through email, he informed that he has not received the parcel and will check again. As per status on Courier site, product was delivered 2-Apr, 10:30 AM. But when I tried to contact the seller on mobile, phone has been switched off and this seller is no longer registered on EBAY and also his id has been suspended by EBAY. He is not responding to my emails also. Please advice how can I claim refund from selle
