I Sailesh Kumar Purchased Nokia E-7 on 16 July 15:37 pm, by bill no-SAFO2A020020000040, through Croma centre Rohini, and got a free gift of a i-tech bluetooth handset with warranty card, after some time we faced problem on my bluetooth handset, then i went to croma customer service deprtment for solving my problem, But your staff (mr. Ram) and Asst. Department manager (mr. Shivam) rudly told we can't give any warranty on one one item. And they were not given any reason that why they are not giving me warranty on my bluetooth handset.
So please give me suggestion that, how can i solve my problem. or from next time could't suggest any person to purchase any item from croma centre. Because your staff are not sufficent to solve customers problems.
