Iam using Airtel from 6 months..it has good network and very gud customer care response..but yesterday i called to custcare one issue relating to my Tariff Validity... they have ended the call abrupty... and it was happened for me 5 times yesterday... after that iam not able to reach custcare only... i think they kept a limt on number of calls...
It is realy hurtng when custcare ends the call abruptly..whom to blame and whom to Question... Iam posting it with a hope of taking issue infront of them.so that it will not repeat in future...
