Was bought a jaipan non stick tawa pan set from big bazaar aprox one year for my home use. Company has registered ISO 9001 & already printed on tawa video are attached here. I used this tawa only six/seven times in one year but its nonstick coating is destroy & I complaints about this at company’s authorized person Mr.deeakak head office on telephone Mr.deeapak are committed me to replacement .but they don’t yet. Sir I am very much surprise that company are selling this type of poor quality & how can they got ISO 9001 certificate? I’m sending videos of product of company’s attached here. Dear sir,
