I am Jaswant Bhansali and I am writing to you on behalf of our building. I stay in bldg. no. 107, C.P.Tank, Mumbai. I have network problem in my building for which I am complaining since last 6 months.

Following are the Airtel users in our building and all of us are facing the same problem:

Since last 6 months we have complained to your galleries (located at opera house) and even through e-mail at [email protected], [email protected]., [email protected], etc. several times. Following are the complain reference numbers that have been provided by your customer executives:

Your Survey person Mr. Dhiraj (Network Team) visited our office in march ending once. He checked and told that he shall report the problem to senior officer for putting Airtel Booster. We then discussed the problem with senior official Kailash Chandra (appellate Officer) and on 25th March we received your reply that “ your problem will be solved within 2 weeks “. Problem however still persists.

Now the problem has worsened. We have to come out of the building every time we receive a call and thus all of us have decided that this is the last time we are complaining to the authority.

We have decided that all of us will have to change our network if the problem is not solved within 3 weeks.
