We are having an Electrolux refrigerator Model No 375 FF.We purchased in Bangalore. The middle bottle rack was broken. We have contacted your service centre several times for getting a spare bottle rack but invain. We cannot change the refrigerator for the sake of bottle rack. Kindly help us in this regard.
