Don't ever buy any thing form this Jeyam & Co, I had a bad experience in purchasing a Samsung Washing Machine Fully Automatic, The Machine is good but the dealers are responsible for DEMO & Installation of the Machine. I purchased 4 days before diwali, the delivery was prompt. The dealer said the Demo & Installation executives would be there the next Day and that they wouls sell us a Stand and Cover for the Machine. I told that i don't need the Stand, That's it now there is no DEMO nor INSTALLATION.
To my Surprise when i saw the manual of the Washing Machine it is Highlighted we should not use any Stand, trolley or Stone. But the dealers are sending the guys only to sell additional stand and cover but not for DEMO or Installation.
If we ask they are telling its festival time, but we waited for 9 Days, they are yet to come.
So we installed with the help of a plumber and called Samsung directly, now Samsung had assured that they have not recommended any Stand for the Machine and will send a person for DEMO, Hope Samsung does give a demo sooner.
SOOO Beware of JEYAM & CO, THEY HAVE MANY BRANCHES IN CHENNAI... Better buy directly from the company Showroom...
