Water is not being hot despite an hour heating

I have already contacted the Co. located at Kumar park. MY complaint no. is 531, 20 days back only. None of their Service Engineers are turned up so far. Both the 2 hot water geysers are not producing the hot waters, despite the red and green lights are glowing when we on the geysers. Kindly send your Service Engineers. I am locating near Vidyaranyapuram, in M.S. Palya next to Jalahalli East AFS entrance.
