Not recd any product nor free gift

Hi i had placed my order on 30th oct for a sony erricson mobile & had a free gift of diamonds worth 25000rs. my id no is 110093429 for rs 14998/- and 110093432 for rs 1798/-. I have still not recd any & when calld they said we cannot process & had spoken to Arun he told me to send a mail for cancellation which i had already send but still not recd my refund. pls clear this & send me my refund back
