I had given my television set Sony Trinitron for repair at J.J Electronics at Pradhikaran (near Bank of Maharashtra), Pune on the 5th of April.
The owner Jojo as he is known, had promised to return it within 3 days. However he kept delaying the delivery saying he didnt have the manpower to do so. Every day that i called he kept promising that we would be returning it that evening but ultimately delivered it 3 days after the promised date.
The day he delivered it, withing half an hour the television set was spoilt again since he had used some duplicate parts for the repair. I had to keep calling him for for 2-3 days after which he had it picked up again for repair. Its been more than a week since he has taken it. He had promised to return it on saturday i.e. 16th April but so far he hasnt delivered it.
He has been making false promises and fails to take any seriousness in issue. Some action needs to be taken against time so that other customers are not taken for a ride and do not face the same troubles that i have gone through.
