Camera not working

He K30 Mobile which I bought from kings communiocations, palakkad has a problem in activating the Camera and Video camera. When I select the Camera or Video Camera option is shows "Camera Module not ready". Please let me know is it a technical problem which needs to be serviced or do I have to change any of the settings
