I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased it is
karbonn mobile A1.
I am G.Veeraraghavan, On the 1st september I bought a brand new karbonn A1 mobile.
However, upon one week of using it, problems started to appear. The speaker was not
working. Also, the monitor is getting blurred which makes it difficult for me to see the
SMS messages clearly. I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive
model.we went to the service center (Cell tech limited in Egmore) they gave us a
certificate to replace the mobile with the brand new from the same store where i purchased
i.e. Saravana stores Purasawalkam, Purasavakkam High Road, Chennai, Tamil
Nadu.
After a few days i had the similar problem with the mobile and again i went to cell tech
for exchange they told me to wait.
please sir kindly refund us the money.
