Service is not Good

Sir,

i have Given My Moblile "Karbonn K570" to the service centre on 17th-May, Because The touch screen of that handset is not working properly.

They said me that we will Give back my Handset Within A month, But I didn't Get a right Response from them.

its 2nd of august now.its been a 2 and half month passed, i didn't get my handset back.
