I recently purchased Karbon mobile on feb 22nd 2010 from Big C, Bhimavaram Branch. Today is the 17th day and the keypad worn out. Keys started to deattach from the phone. So you can imagine the quality of Karbon Company. When approached BIG C regarding this issue and asked for a replacement for a new phone as faulty phone was purchased. They were so stubborn and sent the mobile to Authrorized Karon service center where they attached the key in the worst kind with irritating display and made scratch on top of that with an awful look. So I refused to take the mobile and asked for replacement of the phone and I want the phone in proper condition without any scratches.
But I wil never recommend anyone to buy Karbon Phones and never believe words while purchasing with dealer like Big C as they never give a damn after sales. The worst kind of customer service in the store within 15 days of purchasing the mobile. Please take some action against Big C at Bhimavaram along with Karbon Mobiles
