Keypad not workings

I bought one karbon k10 mobile on 15th February. In which from July 13th that keypad is not working. I visited to the nearest dealer. He said that Keypad is under waterlock we need to change the same. For that he has charged Rs.450/- because waranty will not be applicable for this.

After Changing that keypad right from 13th July to 30th July i visited that shop more than 5 times for the same problem. After more than 5 visits they said that anytime mobile may go off due to waterlock. I asked them the same in writing he said our manager is not available. you have to wait. Eventhough i had visited there more than 5 times i never met the mangaer so far. I don't know which is right. Can i have Karbon company address. So that i can gift the mobile back to Karbon Company.
