We bought 2 infra-fitness massagers from indiatimes.com through telephoning on 31July '09.Out of which 1 machine was defective which was conveyed immediately to KARCE INDIA. In reply to my complaint the lady made a lazy excuse that courier service is not in function and sorts of excuses just to delay so that the product passes warranty period.
Ultimately they pick up the machine for replacement and after a long delay the same machine was sent as it is on 25 January '10 from Delhi. In response to this we lodged a complaint on the website of indiatimes shopping on 27 Jan '10 and again on 9 Feb '10. In reply to this we got an assurance of action within 48 hours. But till today we have not received a mail or a call from indiatimes.com. Please look into this and do justice.
