I have registered a complaint on 9th march to the company.

Our complaint was forwarded to Mr. K.P. Aggarwal who told that the switch required to replace the damaged switch for our model is not available with them. We have purchased the IFB dishwasher in the year Model&-quot;Classic".
The onoff switch is damaged due to heating and now we are not able to get it replaced since it is not available in the company itself. There has been no further action taken by the company to solve our problem.
kindly look into our matter and provide the required part to be replaced.
