It does not work. it probably worked a week

I had redeemed about 12000 imint points for this belida fridge back in July. since I ordered this for the car and dorm use I did not use this till october- november end. After unpacking... and running for a week it completely stopped

I need the redeemed points refunded back to me since it is a useless product

the number given as kaviraj homeappliances is fake number and belida does have a contact 3.

ICICI imint is also part of the scam?

please help me get back the points if the fridge cannot be repaired. it is still in the 12 month warranty&what a joke
