We had purchased the 173 ltr Kelvinator Nutricool Refrigerator (Modle No. KHE 173BR-RDA- SRL NO.980509261315600287, Compressor No. VIDEOCON-SETR 5TV SRL NO.110409700105340704) from Prabhat Electri Vision, Gandhi Chowk Circle Hospet-Bellary (Karnataka) vide Cash Bill No.1109 dated 14.10.2009. The said Refrigerator not cooling, on checking local machanic stated that the Compressor was struck while running condition.
Hence it is requested that the compressor may please be exchanged at the earliest please.
