KELVINATOR REFRIGRATOR
Water leakage

Dear Sir/Madam

I had purchased a kelvinator Refrigertor from Gopal radio Indore M.P.. After 1 month of purchasing, this machine automatically off and after some 20 or more minutes the refrigetor will be on and also the complain the leakege of water.

When I called the dealer, they have taken the complaint and they send the engineer Mr Asraf he came and taken the photograph and told that it is unrepairable and this piece had to change this he given in written. This person send by Mr. Raj pathak (9303082702) after this I called him several times but after that just they escalating time but not done any thing .i have all complaint no: are as followsIND0202110030, IND1005110252, IND1005110327 but from the day till date I not get anyresolution because of this I effort so much loss. so sir i want to replace this machine other wise we should go to consumer forum.
