I had registered a complaint regarding non working of my machine in oct.the machine was under warranty the technician put the blame on voltage fluctuation and made me purchase a voltage cut off .now on feb 15 the same complaint repeated and the technician places the blame on the mother board.the company has agreed to replace but till today 13/3 the machine is underrepair .this is the reputation of customer satisfaction of ifb indusrties/congatulations to the bosses of ifb.
