Kenstar Air Coller
No Reponse from Customer Care in 15 Days

Dear All,

I would like to bring in your kind notice about your pathetic customer support.

I made worst decision of my life by purchasing Kenstar - Air Coller with one year warranty. For small issue I have made complaint on 11- July vide com-no-DEL1107100147 after sleep of 4 day somebody from your side wake-up and visited on 16-July and said he will visit again with solution.

But date no solution or information from your side as a foll customer I need to called up your customer care center -but no response from them. They have provided me number of service center:-9871393099 again wrong number.

I don't know what to do in this hot summer with this pathetic product where I have invested my hard earned money.

I am writing this mail to all of you so that somebody my wake -up and help me out.
