Modal no: kus52ce1-tkkidu/tkkodu. this is a videocon product & videocon service is very lower then low...

i talk to Mr Ranjan Ghosh videocon AC Department (Kolkata) his mobile no. 9331764317 & Mr. Niogi is a service center partner of videocon his no. 9331137788 Mr Niogi said me first before instlation full payment paid then we are service provide otherwise we can't give u instlation service. can any one conform me this is right?
