Hello dear,

i bought a washing machine on worths about INR 13500 . it was working for ~ 3 years, by the 2nd half of 2009 the drum brocken . we call the dealer and also the service men. they playing between, they have no parts available, machine is still in home.i dont know what to do now. it is a clear case of cheating. i think the company responsible for service.
