Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Kenstar Water Heater on 26/09 from Pirgal electronics and from past one and half month I am facing many problems.

Now from past 2 days I have lodged a complaint with the company but till now even after dozens of reminders (Newtech service centre) nothing has been done and no call from their end.

I am not able to contact any senior officials in this regard and not able to do anything further.
