WE HAVE PURCHASED KENT EXCELL ON 21/10 AT RS.15500/- THROUGH BILL NO.9805, DT 21/10, SERIAL NO.KR110721990, EUROLUX ENTERPRISES, SANGLI - PH.0233-2324837, CELL :9822194686. THERE IS PROBLEM IN PURIFIER AND TOTALLY STOPPED WE TILL NOW COMPLAINTED ABOUT 50 -70 TIMES FROM 2 MONTHS AND STILL THE MACHINE IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD, AND THEY ARE NOT AT ALL RESPONDING REGARDING THE COMPLAINT . DUE TO THIS MACHINE PROBLEM OUR FAMILY MEMBERS STRTED HEALTH PROBLEM, I TOLD THEM RE HEALTH PROBLEM, BUT THEY ARE ONLY OPENED THE SHOP TO SUPPLY THE MACHINE, NOTHING NO LIABILITY RE THE WORKING, PROBLEM, SERVICE, MAY ANYONE HAVE THE PROBLEM OF HEALTH.AFTER THIS PURCHASE OF MACHINE EXCELL, WE SOLD OUR OLD EURAKA FORBES WATER PURIFIER WHICH WAS IN WORKING CONDITION . STILL AFTER 5 YEARS OF PURCHASE FROM EUREKA FORBES THEY GIVE THE BEST SERVICE.
WE HAVE PURCHASED THIS MACHINE TO IMPROVE ALL THE HEATH, BUT I THINK WE HAVE TO BOOK A BED IN HOSPITAL.
