COMPLAIN NO 674716

Dear Sir,

I have purchase one kent Ro under invoice no 90000585 dated 30/05

wifh 2 year warranty as writen on warrantycard through the company sales perssonel Mr.manish. As per company mechanic Mr. Abdesh, the memraine & filter has to be change and for this they are charging Rs 3150/- while the machine is under warranty period. So, pls advise what i have to do? The company will look after this matter or will go to consumer court
