I have a Kent RO installed and after 2 months of regular use the adaptor went faulty and was replaced. Thereafter again within 2 months the water purifier mal functioned and would not work properly so a complaint was logged on Apr 14. I had specifically instructed that since we are a working couple we need the engineer to attend to our call after 6 pm or then on Saturdays after 4 pm. One sat we were told that he will visit around 6- 6.30 pm but until 7 no one turned up.
Later i Found that call was closed without resolution and reason give door closed.
THIS IS INEFFIECIENCY OF SERVICE AND THEREAFTER A MISLEADING AND WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN WHILE CLOSING THE CALL.
REQUESTING THE CONCERN AUTHORITY FOR PROPER ADDRESSAL.
