I purchase kent ro from Ganga Enterprises, Samastipur inv.no. 138 dt. 27-4 and AMC from m/s A.V.Enterprises, punjabi colony, samastipur sl.no. 306 dt. 6-9-11. Amt of AMC of Rs. 3900/- has been given to the firm. After AMC frequently problems occurs no action taken by the firm timely. If our problems has not cleared within week's time I will file a case to KENT RO, NOIDA in consumer forum.
