I have been writing and callin u this since long time back but not getting any response from ur side., just like to bring to your knowledge, that i have purchased Kent Grand on 05-09 from Symphony Home Appliances (Water World).
I was promised during sales that 4 services from company and additional 2 services from water world will be provided. Till date not a single service has
happened for my machine. Suddenly one fine day the UV stopped working and when i approached the vendor he had sent his technician who has teared up
all the wiring and has put the UV in a non workable position. He stated that he will come back tommorow and will get it done. Since last 20-25 days i was
following up with him, but he never turned up inspite of giving commitments. I approached kent site wherein they directed me to Mr. Rajendra Dixit and asked
me to update my problem to him and he will get it resolved. After approaching him he had taken the dealer on confrence call, post which i was committed that
the problem will be resolved with 12 hrs. Again 48 hrs passed away and no one turned up, so again i had to call rajendra. He apologised and directed me to
one of his another dealer Mr. Sanjeev (Contact No.9755527512). Sanjeev has sent his technician for analysing the things, who inturn stated that the previous
technician who has visited for service has teared up and destroyed all the wiring set which was supporting UV and u need to pay Rs.350 for this and then the
machine will work properly. I called up rajendra and sanjeev and stated that its the company fault and they need to bear the expense as its the technicians fault
who has done all this, but they commented that u need to pay, this is the only solution. As a fooled customer i had to pay for getting the UV in working condition.
My disconnect is since its the technician fault, why i am charged Rs.350??? and since the company policy states that service should happen properly then
why its missing after sales??? My product is still under warranaty and due to negligence, pathetic service & unskilled dealer and technician i had to bear the
loss of Rs.350. The whole act resembles me of complete forgery and customer dissatisfaction. Kindly provide a resolution for my problem as i am really
pissed off by the pathetic response from company representative and dealer. Waiting to hear from u soon and awaiting a prompt response from ur side
